Anna Spencer is the Founder and Controller Consultant at 3A Financial Consulting. With over 15 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Anna has a proven track record of working with small businesses, startups, and corporate clients. Her skills include building and leading accounting teams, establishing and optimizing financial processes, and managing company setups and registrations. Additionally, she is adept at establishing and maintaining business and vendor relationships. At 3A Financial Consulting, Anna’s mission is to help businesses develop effective financial reporting and accounting procedures, make strategic business decisions, and achieve long-term success. Anna is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Colorado and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado. She is also an active community member, volunteering at local schools. Outside of her professional life, Anna is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking in Colorado’s beautiful mountains and has a passion for travel.
